Deploy .NET Backend on Server

I need assistance deploying my existing .NET backend on an external server, such as Railway, to connect it with my frontend React project. Currently, I am encountering server connection errors. I have full access to the server logs, but the environment variables for the backend are not configured.

Please review and resolve the deployment issues, allowing me to proceed with my project build.
