Data Entry Automation Software Development - 14/11/2025 12:38 EST
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have an in-house data management workflow that still relies on repetitive manual entry, and I’m ready to turn it into a streamlined software solution. The working title is “Point Go Tu,” and I need a standalone program (not a mobile or web app) that concentrates on two things:
1. Centralising my existing data sets in an organised repository
2. Automating all routine data-entry tasks that feed those sets
The core of the job is to design and build this desktop or server-side application, plus create a simple UI so non-technical staff can trigger the automations and verify the imported data. If you prefer to use frameworks such as .NET, Python (PyQT/Tkinter), Java, or similar, I’m open—just let me know why your stack is the best fit for long-term maintainability.
Key deliverables
• A compiled, ready-to-install software package with source code
• Automated data-entry module that ingests CSV/Excel and maps fields to our schema
• Basic dashboard to review, edit, and confirm imported records
• Clear documentation and a brief hand-off session so my team can keep it running
Acceptance criteria
• Zero manual data entry required for supported file formats
• Data validation catches obvious errors before commit
• Runs smoothly on Windows 10+ without additional paid licences
If you’ve built data-centric automation tools before, I’d love to see a quick example or short demo clip. Let’s eliminate the grunt work and free up our time for deeper analysis.
