Specific details:
Word File: The file is currently stored on SharePoint and is regularly updated.
Frequency: The content of this Word file needs to be sent 4 times a day.
Email: The content should be included as text in the body of the email (not as an attachment).
Email Subject: The subject of the email should be: "Document Title + Date and Time of Sending."
Recipient: The email should be sent to a specific address.
Automation: The process should be fully automated, with no manual intervention required.
