Custom Windows Software Development

I need a software development company to build a custom application to be used on a Windows platform. This application is aimed at generating reports from tally using data analytics .
It will be an tax audit software ( am an CA ). I will retail the software.
I have already prepared working model in power query.

Ideal skills for this job include:

- knowledge of sql server ( I will provide raw data in sql )
