I need a full-scale, web-based ERP and CRM that will let my elevator manufacturing company run every operation from one browser window. The priority module is Customer Service & Support; everything from enquiries to after-sales issues must flow through a single workspace that ties directly into ERP, CRM, HRM, and Accounting data.
Technology expectations
• Modern, secure, and truly scalable architecture (feel free to propose MERN, MEAN, .NET, Laravel, Django, or another stack you trust).
• Clean, intuitive UI/UX—no clutter, quick learning curve.
• 100 % source-code ownership transferred on final payment.
• Structure the code so native Android & iOS apps can plug in later without a rebuild.
Core scope (high level)
– ERP: production planning, inventory, procurement, finance.
– CRM: lead capture, deal pipeline, quotations, contracts.
– HRM: everything needed for overall company operation—employee data, attendance, payroll, performance.
– Accounting: GST-ready ledgers, P&L, balance sheet, automated journal posting from all modules.
– Customer Service & Support: the heart of the project. I expect seamless ticket logging, status tracking, and knowledge-base hooks; live chat or similar real-time support can be discussed if you already have it working elsewhere.
