Cross-Platform Solution with .NET 9.0 MAUI & Blazor

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a cross-platform solution using .NET MAUI and Blazor.
The application is a logbook type of app with recurring notifications/reminders. The purpose of the app is to maintain a log of home improvement and services tasks. It should have the possibility to:
- register as a new customer (subscription management, social media logins)
- have information about common home improvement/service tasks
- have recurring reminders like remember to clean the gutters every 6 months (and also keep log of the completed tasks)
- have as diary of completed tasks and the possibility to export it
- attachments should be stored along with the tasks
- expense management of the tasks (see the total cost of home ownership)
The mobile apps should be developed with MAUI and administration site with Blazor (for administering the customers, handling subsriptions etc)

- The application should have a simple and clean user interface.
- Essential functionalities include user authentication and real-time notifications.
- .NET best practises
- Azure compatibility with postgresql as database
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in .NET MAUI and Blazor.
- Strong UI/UX design skills to create a simple and clean interface.
- Experience implementing user authentication and real-time notifications in cross-platform applications.
