Create a windows POC application which can receive print file and store as file -- 2

Create a windows POC application that can access all the print document and store it as file. Application should be able to store the file in a specific folder. You can create the app as a printer driver as well, as far as it can accept the all files to print.

Note: Print files may be coming from other applications. So the expectation is to receive the print files from external apps.
