Create a project structure with .Net Core 6+ using clean architecture. Details below

In need of an expert to build my project's backend system using .NET Core 6+ with clean architecture. It's going to be a web application.

Key requirements include:
- Proficiency in .NET Core 6+
- Familiarity with clean architecture principles
- Experience in building authentication modules
- Experience in designing projects using clean architecture.
- Experience in creating architecture diagram

The deliverables would include a complete project structure including UI (WEB), Application, Infrastructure, domain, and test layers and an architecture diagram explaining how the layers connect.
