Create a json order to encrypt information with private and public keys

This goes to anyone who has knowledge in secure software and has experience dealing with RSA public and private keys. You will need to customize the supplied json order file to provide information and then encrypt that json order using aes encryption with the supplied ke and IV then base64 encode the result. However, you may need to convert the message to a byte array from strings to work with the encryption algorithm and generate a message digest using SHA512.
