Create .NET Web application from Devexpress demo application -- 3
Budget: $300 – $400 USD
I need a room rental web application that will be modified from Devexpress demo:

I want this card layout for rooms and when it is selected I want pictures listed for the rooms and want one can be selected as main image. And also the payments made to be listed in a grid as detail. So this will be master-detail structure. When a card (room) selected, pictures and payments will be listed at the bottom for that room.

Pages I want:
1. Apartments - This is easy. This is also included in the demo. I just want a grid and able to add new/edit record. Example url: https://demos.devexpress.com/rwa/devav/Customers.aspx
Inputs: Apartment name, address.
I want this data to be updated with popup, just like in the demo.
2. Units - Each apartment has 2 units. I explained above how I want this page. (The card layout and details at the bottom) I may share extra detail on chat.
Inputs: Apartment (dropdown), room name, rent, room images to be uploaded, image upload is also in the demo, I just need one to be selected as a main image.
3. Tenants - This is easy. This is also included in the demo. I just want a grid and able to add new/edit record. Example url: https://demos.devexpress.com/rwa/devav/Customers.aspx
Inputs: Tenant name, apartment(dropdown), room (dropdown), deposit, address, phone.
4. Payments : When a tenant is made payment for the room it will be recorded. Same logic: Grid and popup add/edit.

5. Expenses - This is also included in the demo. I just want a grid and able to add new/edit record. Example url: https://demos.devexpress.com/rwa/devav/Customers.aspx
Inputs: Expense type (dropdown - this will be also defined by the user interface, so dropdown will be filled, ex. electricity), apartment (dropdown), price.
I accept VB.NET or C#. But important note:
There are two versions of this demo in devexpress:
This is HTML + JS version(there is only C# demo for this) : https://js.devexpress.com/Demos/DevAV/Employees
And this is User control based and this controls developed in another demo project (vb or c#):
https://demos.devexpress.com/rwa/devav/Employees.aspx
So I assume that JS version will be easier but please note that that version has not cardviews, so you need to implement it yourself. (please compare both urls)
I expect to start this immediately and to be delivered in 7 days. And I will make the payment after delivery, not before.
So please write at the begin of the proposal "I ACCEPT CONDITIONS", So I can also understand your proposal is not auto posted.
You can install Devexpress 18.1.4 , because I have this version installed.
