Convert 4 .NET projects to .NET 8

I have a .NET solution that contains some projects. All the projects within the solution are successfully converted to .NET Core 8 except 4 projects (Security.Modules & Personalization.Providers & UserManagement.Business & HRMS). I need these 4 projects to be converted to .NET 8 without affecting the public method's signatures because I want the code that consumes these methods to remain the same.
