I'm seeking a skilled developer to create a desktop-based ballpark bid tool for Windows. This software will help qualify construction leads through cost estimation.

- Cost Estimation: Accurately calculate project costs.
Ideal Skills:

- Strong background in cost estimation tools for construction projects.
- User-friendly interface design.
I do not want it to look like a spreadsheet when i send it out.
I want it professionally branded with my company logo and colors.
I have an example i can email over that is close to what I want, minus the overhead and profit section.
It would be even better if we can create sub categories like- kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, whole home renovation, addition. Have all the general items that go along with those scope of work. I want it to have a low range and high range
