Car Workshop Service Software Suite

I need a complete, production-ready system that lets my car workshop run its daily operations from one place. The core of the build is three integrated modules: appointment scheduling, inventory management, and customer management. An Admin user must have full control over data, configuration, and reports, while a Technician user should be limited to viewing assigned jobs, updating work progress, and checking parts availability.

The solution has to work both as a native Windows application for our front-desk computers and as a secure web portal accessible from tablets on the shop floor; both interfaces should connect to the same real-time database so information stays perfectly in sync.

Key deliverables:
• Fully functional Windows client and web interface, sharing a single backend
• Role-based login (Admin, Technician) with clear permission boundaries
• Appointment calendar with drag-and-drop rescheduling and automatic customer reminders
• Parts inventory with stock alerts and supplier tracking
