Business Development Executive – Get IT Web Development Projects (Upwork/Freelancer Bidding Expert)

I am looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) / Bidding Expert who can help me get IT projects on platforms like Upwork / Freelancer.

My proprietorship provides Web Development & IT services with expertise in:

.NET / ASP.NET Core

Angular, React.js, Vue.js

Node.js, Express.js

Full Stack Web Development

API Development & Integration

Responsibilities:

Manage my Upwork/Freelancer profile and submit proposals.

Write personalized, winning proposals tailored to client requirements.

Identify suitable projects (Web Development / Full Stack / IT services).

Communicate with clients professionally (chat & calls).

Help in closing deals and bringing projects.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a BDE / Bidding Expert in IT services.

Proven track record of getting projects in web development.

Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).

Understanding of IT technologies (.NET, Angular, Node.js, React, Vue).

Ability to work independently and deliver results.

Payment Model:

(Open to discussion – choose one)

Commission-based (e.g., 10–20% per closed project).

Monthly fixed.

Notes:

Preference will be given to those with previous IT industry client acquisition experience.
