Build a function to place Limit and Market orders through Interactive Broker's Gateway API

I need a simple Market Order function that accepts Ticker Symbol and Buy/Sell and a Limit Order Function that accepts Ticker Symbol, Buy/Sell, and a Limit Price. Functions are for an automated trading strategy and need to be in a .NET console app that will connect to Interactive Broker's API through IB Gateway. Possibly more projects if you are experienced with Interactive Brokers and this kind of work.
