1. Database fields are already existing remaining fields datatype choosing and table relationships (SQL Server).
2. Internal algorithm is written (human language) defined remaining code writing.
3. Development phase must take in consideration security coding best practice in every aspect ex. (User Input validation, secure data transfer methods, disable unused features, Database security, etc....) without performance Impact.
4. Website should be smoothly support & run on multiple platforms (Browser, Mobile, ...).
5. website will be divided into (Front End User GUI server, Back End Server, Database Server).
6. Source code must be well commented and documented to make it easier to be patched securely, reviewed and updated.
