Build VB.NET Forms Vie DevExpress UI Controls

I am looking for a VB.NET developer to build forms with DevExpress UI controls for a desktop application that will be used for data management. While I do not have a specific UI design in mind, I have some ideas that I would like to incorporate into the final product.
