Build a Custom Workflow Automation Web App Engine for Simulated Shopif Order Activity (self-serve web platform)
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are seeking an experienced developer or dev team to build a fully custom web-based workflow automation engine. This system will allow Shopif store owners to connect their store (via private app) and automate the creation of simulated order activity based on a purchased revenue tier.
This is NOT for actual product fulfillment. It is a closed-loop simulation engine for social proof only.
What the System Must Do:
Allow store owners to connect their Shopif store using a private app (Admin API token).
Automatically create simulated orders (random name + random amount within set ranges).
Track simulated revenue until the customer’s purchased revenue cap is reached (e.g., $2,500, $5,000, $10,000).
Stop the automation automatically once the revenue cap is hit.
Provide a customer dashboard to monitor revenue used, pause/resume automation, and view simulated order activity.
Support recurring plans with interval options (every day, every 3 days, weekly, monthly) and automatic resets.
Provide an admin panel to monitor all client stores, usage, tokens, logs, and force-pause accounts.
Customer Flow Summary:
Customer purchases a revenue tier (one-time or recurring).
Customer is guided to create a private Shopif app and paste the Admin API token.
Customer selects:
Preferred order amount range (e.g., $25–$75)
Frequency (every 3h, 6h, daily, etc.)
Automation starts: system creates customer, generates an order, marks it as paid.
Revenue tracker keeps running totals.
Automation stops when revenue cap is hit.
Developer Requirements:
Experience with Shopif Admin API
Ability to create secure, scalable backend services
UI/UX for user dashboard (clean and simple)
Secure handling of API keys
Workflow automation experience preferred

All screen copy and content
Pre-built order amount ranges and revenue tiers
Sample data for testing and simulation
Design mockups or examples of layout
Onboarding flow and email content
