Build Cross-Platform mobile app location -- 2

I need a developer to complete my project of creating a Cross-Platform mobile application project in C# using Xamarin Forms. I am a c# web app developer but very limited experience developing mobile applications. I need a sample project to get me started and some help along the way as I get adjusted to c# web development. The back end for my web application is SQL Server so I need the mobile application to authenticate and access data just as the web application. I'm looking for log-in email access to the application as well as linkedin, google and microsoft social authentication. After log-in, I need a menu at the bottom and top level menu with the user to select the user profile, settings, etc. I need a home page, list page and top level filter for the list. Most of this will just be shells to provide direction for me to pick up where you left off. Authentication, switching from page to page and accessing data with the stored procedures that exist in my SQL Database.
