If you are the right fit then here below is a checklist
You should have already completed a project much similar to this request, expected for you to tweak it and deliver, there's no time to build new or do google R&D
You must have an azure account
You must have a google account
You must have an active credit card/paypal account
Timeframe - 3Days (time is of the essence)
1 - Azure DB Schema, File Storage, Login Page, Navigation Panel
2- Administration Page to Manage Files & Accounts
3 - Dept. Pages with Search & CRUD funcs & Google Earth, Excel download
4 - Testing, Documentation & Delivery of Source codes
Updates:
After every Milestone completed, you will provide results to show progress (non negotiable)
Proposal: WARNING READ DETAILS THOROUGHLY
Login Page (top right corner) - Sign In page with Email, Password, Forgot Password
Excel file download (top right corner)
Body: Grid (Syncfusion controls, if possible)
Navigation Menu - Home, HR, Security
Collapsible leftside Navigation panel to require more content space for future data expansion.
Roles: Admin, Manager, User
Permissions: Edit, View
Access: URL or certain page/pages
Pages: (Simple .razor interface)
Body: Implement a grid (allow paging, filtering) for the datasource, create a download excel for the current selected datasource
Home: Hello World (access by everyone)
Each department will have a search criteria based on field column - see column in brackets
HR - Firstname, (Lastname), Address, pdf file link, the page will have CRUD funcs
Security - Checkpoint No, Name, (Date), Status, Lat , Lon, view link button (google earth) as it opens ...upon hover the PIN must show details i.e. name & status - No CRUD req
Accounts:
Admin - All access, Creates User, Creates Roles, Assigns Roles, Creates url, Assigns url, Assigns permission
Updates & Deletes
Simple File Storage management
Roles:
Manager - e.g. HR Manager only to HR page and access to Edit HR records
User - e.g. HR Officer only to HR page and access to View HR records (no CRUD)
and so forth .razor pages

If you fail to provide progressive milestone updates as to the agreed timeframe
If you fail to follow as per the request
If you fail to stick to the agreed budget and tried to negotiate while in-progress
If you fail to meet the agreed deadline
Upon hiring, you have agreed to deliver as per the request above.
