Blazor .NET UI Development – Implement Additional Screens Based on Mockups (Frontend Only)

I’m looking for a skilled Blazor .NET developer to implement additional UI pages in an existing Blazor project template.
No backend logic is required — this is purely a UI implementation task based on the provided mockups and reference images.

What you’ll get:
• A Blazor project template with existing styles and layout
• Mockup designs for 3 new pages (each with its own layout and C# code-behind file)
• Screenshots for reference, including:
• A chat interface similar to GitHub Copilot (bottom-screen layout)
• Custom editable cards
• Threaded conversations like Microsoft Teams

What I need from you:
• Implement the UI closely matching the mockups
• Structure each screen with a clean component-based layout
• Follow the design and interactivity shown in the reference images
