Billing software in visual basic

I am looking for someone who can develop a billing software in Visual Basic for me that has all the necessary features I need. This software needs to include invoicing, inventory management, and reporting capabilities. Additionally, I need the software to be able to export customer data – I'm not sure if I will need this feature yet, so I have marked it as ‘maybe’. Finally, only a few people will be using this software – 1-5 users. Therefore, I need a billing software that is efficient and user-friendly.
