Latin America Bilingual Developers Part Time

Looking for developers with at least 2-year experience in the following technologies:
HTML/CSS
Vanilla Javascript (frameworks not needed)
Integration Experience via APIs with NetSuite
As part of our team you are expected you comply with the following responsabilities:
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key individual contributors to solve key business problems by either driving process change or making systematic recommendations for delivery.
Facilitate the creation and testing of future state business processes and script development.
Refine and customize internal billing tools and methods.
Plan, review and manage change configurations and customization requests.
Work with multiple teams on roadmap projects involving quote to cash applications.
Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
Coordinate and communicate with impacted user groups.
Configure NetSuite to align to company use of forms, field and customer records to manage unique business process requirements.
Ensure business and functional requirements are configured in different financial enterprise applications.
Exceptional communication with active listening skills, and ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills needed.
