BEP20 MLM .NET Platform

I need a full-stack, self-hosted .NET solution that runs a 2 × 2 matrix MLM system. The site must let new members register under a sponsor, automatically position them in the chain, and reflect spill-over earnings in real time.
Core roles are Standard user, Sponsor and Admin. A registered user should see a clean dashboard that shows an earnings overview, live balance details and a searchable transaction history. From that same panel they must be able to deposit, withdraw or transfer BEP20-based USDT, with each on-chain action recorded to the ledger and mirrored instantly in the database.
The admin control panel must allow me to browse every account, approve or reject any pending deposit/withdraw request, modify wallet addresses if needed, and trigger manual payouts. Every sensitive key or credential has to stay on my servers; the entire source code, scripts, database schema and deployment notes must be delivered so I retain 100 % ownership and control.
Tech expectations
• Backend: .NET 6+ (MVC or minimal APIs) with Entity Framework
• Blockchain layer: Web3 libraries for BEP20 (e.g., Nethereum)
• Database: MSSQL or PostgreSQL—your call, but include migrations
• Front-end: Razor pages or React + ASP.NET Core, responsive on mobile
Acceptance criteria
1. User registration and sponsor linking proven on a testnet.
2. Deposit, withdraw and transfer functions succeed on-chain and reflect in the UI.
3. Matrix logic correctly places and cycles users through a 2 × 2 structure.
4. Admin actions audit-logged and protected behind role-based access.
5. Clean, well-commented source code and a one-command deployment guide.
If you already have relevant modules or can demonstrate a quick prototype on a BSC testnet, let me know—speed matters as much as security here.
