Azure WebJob Deployment Fix

I need help resolving an issue with deploying my Visual Studio 2017 webjob to Azure.

Current Issue: When I attempt to deploy using a zip file, I receive an error: "Failed to add 'Test-Rets-Code-webjob'. No runnable script file was found."

Requirements:
- Background services functionality
- The webjob should run as an .exe file
- Assistance with folder structure if necessary

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with Azure WebJobs
- Familiar with Azure deployment and troubleshooting
