Azure AD B2C Signup/Signin API Integration

I need a C# .NET developer to implement a SignIn and Signup API for my mobile app. This API will integrate with Azure AD B2C and Azure AD for user registration, sign-in, and sign-out processes.

Key requirements:
- Users should be able to log in via Gmail, Facebook, or their email and password.
- Implement a password reset function for users.
- Collect the user's full name, email address, and phone number during registration.

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Proficiency in C# and .NET
- Experience with Azure AD and Azure AD B2C
- Knowledge of REST API development
- Understanding of mobile app backend integration. We will not develop a mobile app here.
- Knowledge of Dependency Injections and SOLID Principles is a must.

Acceptance Criteria
- Create an API route to demonstrate the user signing up through a form and user created in Azure AD B2C
- Create an API route to demonstrate the user signing in through email and password and user created in Azure AD B2C
- Create an API route to demonstrate the user signing up through Gmail and Facebook and the user created in Azure AD B2C
- Create an API route to demonstrate the user signing in through Gmail and Facebook and the user created in Azure AD B2C
- Create an API route to demonstrate the user signup using first name, last name, email, phone number and user created in Azure AD.
- Create an API route to demonstrate a pre-existing user in Azure AD is logging in.
- Enable 2FA on both Azure AD B2C and Azure AD for the users
- The code is in .NET 8.0 and adheres to SOLID principles.
- Demonstrate done through Swagger docs enabled for the Authentication API project
- Decent Unit Test Coverage.
