Automated Construction Spec Extractor Plugin

I need a plugin that automatically pulls specification sections from the construction bid site CMD Group. Need those spec sections to be rated as A or B or C based on a set of criteria. Also need those spec sections pulled and copied into a sortable database for distribution to sales rep force. Helpful if this info could be logged into a deal in Hubspot.

Requirements:
- Experience in developing browser plugins
- Familiarity with CMD Group's website structure
- Ability to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Prior work in similar automation projects is a plus
