Compile AutoCAD 2026 Plugin from Existing Source Code

## Project Description:
I need a developer to compile an existing AutoCAD 2026 plugin from complete source code. All the C# source code is already written and ready for compilation - this is strictly a compilation task, not development.

The plugin is for the steel fabrication industry and helps with design optimization. The code is fully functional and just needs to be compiled into a usable DLL file.

## Requirements:
1. Experience with AutoCAD plugin development/compilation
2. Visual Studio 2022 with .NET Framework 4.8
3. Access to AutoCAD 2026 and its SDK (ObjectARX)
4. Ability to compile C# code into a working AutoCAD plugin (.dll file)

## Deliverables:
1. Compiled plugin DLL file that can be loaded in AutoCAD 2026
2. Confirmation that the plugin loads correctly
3. Any minor adjustments needed to make the code compile successfully

## What I Will Provide:
1. Complete C# source code for the plugin
2. Project structure and all necessary files
3. Documentation for compilation
