AutoCAD Custom Command Plugin

I’m looking for a developer who can build an AutoCAD plugin that adds a full suite of custom commands and exposes them through clean, intuitive toolbar icons.

Scope of the commands
• Drawing tools – new or enhanced options that speed up common geometry creation.
• Measurement tools – quick-access distance, area, and angle checks.
• Editing tools – one-click tweaks such as align, trim, or batch-rename functionality.

What matters most is that every command feels native: the icons should sit in their own ribbon panel, load with AutoCAD on startup, and respond instantly without forcing users back to the command line.

Please use the standard AutoCAD API (ObjectARX or .NET, whichever you are strongest in) and deliver:

1. The compiled plugin (.arx or .dll in a .bundle) ready to drop into AutoCAD 2021+.
2. Source code with clear comments.
3. A short install and user guide covering ribbon placement and command syntax.

I will test by loading the bundle in AutoCAD 2024 and running each icon-based command on a fresh drawing; performance and stability must match native tools.
