Authorize.net integration in Avalonia app

I am seeking a freelancer who is experienced in integrating Authorize.net into an Avalonia app using C# programming language. The project requires the following:
- Integration of Authorize.net payment gateway
- Implementation of payment processing, refund processing, recurring billing, and customer payment profiles within the app
The Authorize.net apis will be called directly from the desktop app, with no additional infrastructure required.
