Document Controller Needed for Passive Fire Compliance Reports – Australian Standards

Project Description:
Looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help with document control for passive fire protection projects in Australia.

Scope of Work:
Review multi-page building inspection reports and project quotes
Check technical details against AS 1530.4, AS 4072.1, and NCC Volume One Section C
Flag any errors in FRL ratings, test report numbers, or product codes
File documents in SharePoint using our naming convention:
Tag files by project, building level, and compliance status for easy audit retrieval

Skills Required:
Familiarity with construction/trade documents
Strong attention to detail – zero errors critical
Experience with Aconex, Procore, or SharePoint preferred
Understanding of Australian building compliance a plus, but not required if fast learner

Project Type: Ongoing work
Budget: $15–$25 AUD per hour OR fixed price per document batch
Deadline: Initial batch of 5 reports due within 3 days
