Assign multiple Self Signed TLS certificates for clients on MSSQL single server

I am looking for a Freelancer to assign multiple Self Signed TLS certificates for clients on my MSSQL server 2014. The clients are on separate networks from the MSSQL server, and I need to create new Self Signed TLS certificates - I do not have existing ones. This project is time sensitive and I am looking for an experienced and reliable Freelancer to complete the project in a timely manner.
