VB6 Application convert to C# Windows Forms Application

I am looking for a skilled developer who can convert entire VB6 application into a C# Windows Forms application.

Size of the VB6 application: 24 forms and 21 .bas files for calculations
VB6 application contains general controls, Picture boxes, popups and calculations to draw in picturebox
User interface: Maintain the same
Functionality/Features: As-Is conversion required.
Total Lines of Code: 32K lines including comments and all.

I have tried converting vb6 application with some tools, I got the forms with designs, calculations part automatically but with the execution I got many issues with it. Now I am looking for scratch conversion of VB6 to C#.net conversion. We can use form designs and calculations part if useful.

Skills and Experience:
