Advertisement Management Asp.net c# webform & SQl server

Need to create News Paper Advertisement Management Module in ASP.Net c# webform and backend as sql server 2008 R2.
We have already created most of the database part. Master forms (15) are already build, so base framework is ready. Needs to pick it from there. Need to create transaction forms and reports.
Requirement documents and screens are attached along with. Timelines are critical, Person/Team who can quickly develop this should pick it up.
We are looking for long term relationships as we will be completing ERP.
We will share the latest code & db file. HTML template for this is already purchased. will also share that.
