We are looking for an experienced and reliable development team or highly skilled freelancers to build a robust, scalable, and user-friendly web-based video conferencing platform. Key Requirements & Features:
Phase 1: Core Features (Minimum Viable Product - MVP)
The MVP will focus on establishing the fundamental video conferencing capabilities.
1. User Authentication & Management:
* Secure User Registration (Email/Password, Google).
* User Login/Logout.
2. Meeting Hosting & Joining:
* Ability for registered users to "Host a Meeting" (instant meeting).
* Ability to manage 1:1 or 1: Many ( with combination of 1 -2 host and 8 moderator and rest will be users.
* Ability to "Join a Meeting" using a unique Meeting ID/Link.
* Secure meeting entry (e.g., password-protected meetings).
3. Real-time Video & Audio Communication:
* High-quality, low-latency video and audio streaming for multiple participants (scalable to at least 5000 participants per meeting initially).
* Automatic microphone and camera detection/selection.
* Mute/Unmute Audio, Turn On/Off Video controls.
4. In-Meeting Chat:
* Text-based chat functionality visible to all participants within the meeting.
* Poll System
* able to pop up message on all users screen from host so that they click and or visit my given url
5. Screen Sharing:
* Ability for hosts (and optionally participants, with host permission) to share their entire screen or specific application windows.
6. Host Controls:
* Mute/Unmute individual participants.
* Remove participants from the meeting.
* End meeting for all participants.
7. Meeting Information:
* Display of current participants.
* Meeting duration timer.
* Track the system that how user are coming in and out through out the session
8. Session Recording:
* Ability for the host to initiate and stop cloud-based recording of the meeting (video, audio, screen share).
* Recordings should be processed and stored securely (e.g., AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage).
* Mechanism for hosts to access and playback their recorded sessions post-meeting.
Phase 2: Advanced Features (To be implemented after MVP)
These features will enhance the platform's utility and competitiveness.
1. Scheduled Meetings:
* Users can schedule meetings in advance with date, time, duration, and topic.
* Ability to invite participants via email with meeting link and details.
2. Polls & Surveys:
* Host can create and launch polls during the meeting.
* Participants can vote, and results can be displayed in real-time.
3. Enhanced Screen Sharing:
* Option to share specific tabs, regions, or application audio.
* Annotation tools on shared screen.
7. File Sharing:
* Securely share files directly within the meeting chat.
8. Waiting Room:
* Host can control when participants join the meeting from a "waiting room."
9. Advanced Security & Administration:
* End-to-end encryption options.

10. Notification System:
