Admin side of Train booking management system -- 2

I would only need the admin side of the application. I need an asp.net (C#) and HTML for the front end for a Train booking system. I would need to have the functionalities of ADDING, EDITING and DELETING of customers and staff.
URGENT MATTER - Before next week Thursday.
I would like to get additional help once the project has been handed over.
