Adjustments to source code for websites

Our websites are hosted on Azure and are administered through an outdated content management system. We need some of the custom code on our websites adjusted so that our APIs point to new IP addresses for credentialing. We're looking for a developer that is familiar with .net that will be able to adjust the IP addresses.
