Add a credit/debit payment to my ASP.Net MVC application -- 3

The application is already mad but some tweaks needs to be implemented to add the payment middle way the application would gain the average cost from the clinics that are in Egypt and allow users from all across the world to pay using credit card then the money then the logic that needs to be added will do a calculation on that cost and ask users to pay a percentage of that money and a percentage will be gone to me either through paypal or bank account and I'm in Canada, the rest of the payment will go to the clinics in Egypt
