Access-Excel Chemical Report Generator

I need a small desktop tool that pulls test results from my existing Microsoft Access database, funnels the data through Excel where the calculations and layouts already live, and then exports a polished Chemicals Tests Analysis Report as a PDF at the click of a button.
Everything must run seamlessly inside the Office environment—VBA, Access macros, or an embedded .NET add-in are all acceptable as long as the final workflow is fast and maintenance-friendly. The interface can remain simple: a form where I choose the batch, confirm the parameters, and hit “Create Report”; the program should handle all data joins, call the Excel template, populate it, and save or print the finished PDF.
