ASP.NET Voting App Development

I need a simple ASP.NET web application using VB.NET for my TYBCA Semester 5 project. The app should allow users to register, login, and vote for candidates. Microsoft Access will be used as the backend database.

Requirements:
- User registration: Name, email, and phone number
- Login functionality
- Voting interface for candidates
- Use of Microsoft Access as backend database
