ASP.NET - Texecom & Homeseer Integration
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I am looking for an experienced ASP.NET developer to implement an intermediate level integration between our Texecom Alarm and Homeseer Home Automation (Version 4) .
The solution should allow a HomeSeer user to configure the connection to the Texecom Alarm system by means of an IP Connection.
The solution needs to create Homeseer Device for the configured alarm and then read alarm status', armed, unarmed etc, as well as alarm health status, battery, power, tamper as elements on the HomeSeer Alarm device.
For each zone / sensor that is configured on the alarm, a homeseer device should also be created with appropriate features, Status, health, battery, tamper.
Do not require HomeSeer to make any configuration changes to the Texecom Alarm at this stage, but may become a requirement in future updates.
As I am are looking for a full integration, the developer must have a good understanding of both systems, how they work, and how to optimize performance when working with both systems. The candidate must also be able to explain the entire process of integration.
Currently running a test bed with a Texecom Premier Elite system connected to the same network as a HomeSeer test installation.
This has been attempted before for older versions, but is no longer being updated.
