Finalize & Publish .NET MAUI App

My .NET MAUI application is already feature-complete and I have an MSIX build in hand. Before it goes live, I need a Windows-store-savvy developer to give the package a last polish and guide it through Microsoft Partner Center submission.

Here’s the current state:
• Development is finished; the app runs as expected.
• The build target is MSIX, produced with Visual Studio 2022 and the latest .NET MAUI tooling.
• Only minor tweaks remain—likely manifest edits (display name, version bump, icons, capabilities) and a quick pass with the Windows App Certification Kit.

What I need from you:
1. Open the solution, make the necessary light-touch adjustments, and rebuild if required.
2. Sign the package correctly and verify it passes WACK.
3. Upload the final MSIX, fill out metadata/screenshots, and complete the submission workflow inside my Partner Center account until the app sits in “In review”.
4. Provide a concise change log and any store compliance notes so I can replicate future updates.

Access to the Git repo and Partner Center will be shared once we start, and I’m available for quick questions. If you’re comfortable with .NET MAUI, MSIX packaging, and the Partner Center dashboard, this should be a straightforward handoff.
