I need some practical examples of Auth0 with MFA in .NET Core and old MVC
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hi, I am using the Auth0 samples for both ASP.NET MVC (old Framework version) and .NET Core 6. I have them working but for a client I need MFA connected up and also to use a Database Connector to access the logins in a local database (SQL Server). I've been trying to work on this the last several weeks but work crisis have prevented that. So for those of you that know or can figure out Auth0 Universal Login approach I need an ASP.NET MVC (Framework) and an ASP.NET Core sample app that:
1. Logs in users with a local DB. I've been told by the Auth0 folks that this can be accomplished with a REST API interface to the local DB (please build that in MS Minimal API) and then specify that REST API URL in the Auth0 dashboard. For the DB just make one table with a userID column and a password column. Clear text passwords are ok for this. If you need an encrypted hashed password to interface with Okta then let me know and I'll give a small tool that encrypts/decrypts passwords and hashes.
2. Setup MFA email and text.
3. Both apps can just bootstrap the Auth0 sample apps. I don't need anything fancy. I just need some working code.
4. And I'll probably need you to do a simple video screen share walk through your code and Auth0 setup.
5. Use your own free Auth0 account. If you need a paid account for MFA and such just let me know and I will set one up for you.
I would like to get this done in about 3-4 days if possible. I just need some working code...Nothing fancy.
Please ask any questions. And reiterate back a bit these deliverables so I know that you actually read them.
I plan to award this project quickly in just 1-2 days.
Thanks!
