Multi-Tenant Hybrid Mobile App Framework (iOS, Android & Web) with Dashboard & Reporting

We require a comprehensive Hybrid Mobile Application Framework that delivers a unified, single-codebase solution for iOS, Android, and Web (PWA) platforms, with full ownership of source code and intellectual property rights. The framework must be modular, fully documented, and easily customizable, enabling our technical team to create or edit forms, manage dashboards, and configure system behavior without extensive redevelopment. Built using Flutter (preferred) or React Native with TypeScript, the framework must integrate seamlessly with REST and GraphQL APIs, feature professional Material/Bootstrap-based UI, and support dynamic role-based dashboards, form builders, and tenant-based multi-user management.

The application must include core modules such as user authentication, role and responsibility management, multi-tenant support (Super Admin and Tenant Admin hierarchies), dynamic dashboards, employee management, reporting (Excel and PDF), and offline capabilities. Administrators must be able to export form data (CSV, Excel, PDF) with selectable columns and filters, configure branding themes (colors, fonts) via an Admin Setup Panel, and ensure each tenant’s data remains isolated with no cross-interference. Additionally, the framework must include push notifications, CI/CD support, performance optimizations, unit testing, and full training and documentation, ensuring rapid deployment and scalability across multiple clients and environments.
