Tailwind .NET Web Template Build

I have a new .NET-based site in the works and I need a set of clean, reusable templates built entirely with Tailwind CSS and vanilla HTML. There is customised CMS involved—the pages will plug straight into our .NET solution—so the markup has to be razor-ready and easy for my team to slot into controllers and views.
