Senior .NET Engineer (C#) – Microservices & Data Processing

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Engineer to join our engineering team and help build high-performance data processing solutions.
In this role, you will design and develop scalable backend systems, solve complex engineering challenges, and contribute to architecture decisions. You will work closely with product managers, data analysts, and engineers to deliver reliable, efficient, and secure systems.
This position focuses on .NET development using C# in a modern microservices architecture.

Responsibilities
Technical Development
Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices using .NET and C#.
Develop and optimize data pipelines and data structures for high-performance processing.
Integrate external APIs and services to extend system functionality.
Ensure reliable data flow and system interoperability across services.
Stay current with modern frameworks, cloud technologies, and engineering practices.
Problem Solving & Engineering Excellence
Work closely with data analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Implement secure coding practices and data protection standards.
Follow and promote best practices for system design, code quality, and performance optimization.
Leadership & Collaboration
Conduct code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
Support a collaborative environment focused on learning and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
(or equivalent professional experience)
8+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years building scalable backend systems
Strong experience with microservices architecture
5+ years experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
5+ years programming with C# / .NET
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong problem-solving and system design skills
Nice to Have
Experience with high-volume data processing systems
Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
