Senior .NET Engineer/Manager Wanted

Hiring: Senior .NET Full Stack Engineer / Engineering Manager Location: Remote (India) or Indore (Hybrid preferred) Type: Full-time Salary: ₹60,000/month (initially) + equity (negotiable based on contribution) Seniority: 6+ years experience
What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a hands-on Senior .NET Engineer or Engineering Manager who can independently handle:
• A .NET Core desktop app
• A .NET Core + React.js web app
• SQL Server database (via SSMS)
• Basic VDI integration and cloud infra understanding
You’ll lead technical development, overlook a small dev team, and own decisions around architecture, deployment, and scalability.
Core Responsibilities
• Lead backend development using .NET Core Web API
• Manage and extend a .NET Core-based desktop application
• Collaborate with and guide React.js frontend developers
• Handle SQL Server database design and queries
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Coordinate basic cloud infra, provisioning, and deployments (AWS/Azure)
• Ensure seamless integration between web app, desktop app, and VDI environment
• Take ownership of system design, task validation flows, and code quality
Required Skills
• Strong experience with .NET Core (Web + Desktop)
• Solid foundation in C#, REST APIs, and architectural design
• Proficient in React.js concepts (enough to guide frontend integration)
• Experienced with SQL Server and SSMS
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
• Basic understanding of cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, VDI management)
Nice to Have
• Experience managing a dev team
• Hands-on with VDI setups or remote desktop management
• Experience in early-stage product teams/startups
This is a core team role with long-term potential. Salary starts at ₹60K/month and will be revised upward after product development phase. Equity options available for the right candidate.
