Senior UI/UX Designer Wanted – Full Ownership of Food Delivery App (Flutter + .NET Core)

Project Overview:
We are a tech-driven team building a feature-rich food delivery platform (similar to Uber Eats or Deliveroo), with a Flutter front-end and a .NET Core (REST API) backend.
We are looking for a professional, senior-level UI/UX designer who can take full ownership of the product design — from concept to final developer-ready assets.
This is not a one-off project or screen-by-screen job. You’ll be shaping the entire product experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Conduct product UX strategy with us (flows, personas, user goals)
• Design all app flows: onboarding, home, browse, menu, checkout, payment, tracking
• Build responsive wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Define and implement a complete design system (typography, spacing, color palette, icons, components)
• Create beautiful, functional UI screens aligned with Flutter best practices
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and mobile-first logic across iOS and Android
• Work with developers for hand-off and support
App Features to Design:
• Account registration, login, and profile management
• Browse restaurants and filter menus
• Shopping cart and payment
• Real-time order status tracking
• Reviews, notifications, help center, etc.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in mobile UI/UX
• Strong portfolio with at least one food delivery or e-commerce app
• Mastery of Figma (our preferred tool), Adobe XD, or similar
• Solid understanding of user-centric design, behavioral UX, and accessibility
• Great communication skills and experience collaborating with development teams
Nice to Have:
• Experience designing for Flutter constraints (widgets, cross-platform behavior)
• Familiarity with .NET APIs and backend-driven logic
• Experience with multilingual layout (LTR/RTL) and light/dark themes
• Understanding of conversion optimization in mobile UX
