Senior Algorithm Refactor Needed
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
Our current algorithm is functional but not yet efficient enough, which results in significant potential for optimization. To address this, we are looking for a highly experienced Backend Developer who will work closely with our internal developer to analyze, optimize, and recode the algorithm where needed.
The ideal candidate brings:
• 10–15 years of professional experience in backend development
• Strong expertise in .NET Core (C#)
• Proven specialization in heuristics and algorithms
• Experience in problem solving and restructuring complex algorithmic logic
The project’s goal is to bring our algorithm to the next level of performance, scalability, and efficiency. The external developer will play a crucial role in identifying bottlenecks, proposing solutions, and implementing the required changes.
Candidates must be based in Europe. German language skills are a strong advantage; otherwise, English proficiency at C1 level or higher is required.
