Responsive Customer Info Query Website

I need a responsive website that queries an existing database to display Agreement and then customer information. The site should return a list of customer names and contact details.

Essential Requirements:
- Query an SQL database using our existing API
- Display list of Agreements based on Search Terms
- On selecting Agreement, Display customer name and contact details
